Customer Service Representative (Appointment Schedulers)

Description - Interact with customers to provide and process information in response to inquiries, concerns, and requests about products and services.
- Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, following up to ensure resolution.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve customer service and enhance customer experience.
- Assist in promoting the company’s products and services to potential customers.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent
- Experience Level: 0–2 years
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, basic problem-solving abilities
- Responsibilities and Duties: Able to work in a team environment, provide exceptional customer service
- Working Conditions: Fast-paced office environment, may require occasional overtime
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, patience, attention to detail
