Leads Generation Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to support business growth through market research, prospect database management, lead qualification, and appointment setting. The ideal candidate will identify potential clients, gather accurate business information, conduct outbound calls, and schedule meetings for the sales team.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in
• Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, Information
• Technology, or a related field.
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Experience in lead generation, telemarketing, appointment setting, customer service, or sales is an advantage but not required.
• Strong internet research and data gathering skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Facebook, and other online research platforms.
• Experience using CRM tools is a plus.

Responsibilities

Market Research & Prospecting

• Research target companies, industries, and key decision-makers.
• Collect and validate company and contact information from various online sources.
• Build, maintain, and update prospect databases.
• Verify email addresses,phone numbers, and organizational details.
• Ensure data accuracy and eliminate duplicate records.

Lead Generation & Telemarketing

• Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers and target accounts.
• Introduce company products, services, and solutions.
• Qualify leads based on established criteria.
• Generate interest and identify business opportunities.
• Schedule appointments and meetings between qualified prospects and Account Managers.

Database Management & Reporting

• Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and customer interactions.
• Update CRM systems and ead databases regularly.
• Prepare daily and weekly lead generation reports.
• Track lead conversion and appointment-setting metrics.

Required Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Filipino.

• Ability to communicate professionally with C-Level Executives, Directors, and Managers.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills.
