CSR-Appointment Setter (Onsite-Taguig)

- Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to set appointments for sales representatives.
- Maintain a positive disposition while engaging with clients and deliver exceptional service.
- Follow up with clients to confirm appointments and gather feedback.
- Record and track all interactions in the database for accurate reporting and analysis.
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly appointment-setting targets.
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 1–3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Self-motivated and goal-oriented.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changes.
- Working Conditions: Onsite work in Taguig, Philippines.
