Order-to-Cash GPO Lead
Thermo Fisher Scientific
Order-to-Cash GPO Lead role supporting execution and continuous improvement of end-to-end order-to-cash processes including credit management, collections, and cash application. The position collaborates with Global Process Owners and operational teams on process standardization, data analysis, and improvement initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Analyze current processes and support optimization initiatives with PPI and GPO teams
- Document and maintain OtC process maps, standard operating procedures, and process taxonomy
- Support accounts receivable transformation and process transition into Global Business Services
- Participate in governance forums and prepare materials, updates, and action tracking
- Support standardized process deployment across regions and conduct training and knowledge transfer
Requirements
- 6+ years accounts receivable experience in fast-paced environment
- Expert end-to-end order-to-cash process knowledge and functional expertise
- Process documentation and mapping tools experience required
- ERP system expertise (SAP, Oracle E1) essential
- Advanced Microsoft Office proficiency (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint)
- University or college degree
- Fluent English communication skills
