We Are Hiring: Inpatient Medical Coder
Locations:
Taguig | Pampanga | Cebu
Work Setup: Temporary WFH / Onsite
Schedule: Shifting (Predominantly Mid Shift)
Rest Days: Predominantly Weekends Off
Qualifications:
- PHRN or Medical Allied Graduate
- Certified Medical Coder (CCS / CIC / CPC)
- At least 1 year Inpatient Medical Coding experience
- Experience in clinical, BPO, or CPO setup
Job Description & Responsibilities:
- Review and analyze inpatient medical records and clinical documentation
- Assign accurate ICD-10-CM/PCS codes and ensure proper DRG classification
- Ensure compliance with coding guidelines and regulatory standards
- Identify documentation gaps and coordinate with healthcare providers for clarification
- Maintain high accuracy and productivity standards
- Participate in internal audits and quality improvement initiatives
- Stay updated with coding changes, regulations, and industry standards
Salary & Benefits:
- ₱70,000 – ₱90,000 (Negotiable depending on experience)
- HMO on Day 1 + 2 Dependents after 6 months
- 20% Night Differential
- Yearly Appraisal
- OT Pay + OT Allowance

- Performance Incentive (up to 8% of Monthly Rate)
