About the Role:
- As an Account Executive, you’ll be the key point of contact for our clients, ensuring their vision is executed through thoughtful planning, excellent service, and seamless coordination.
- You’ll collaborate closely with our design, fabrication, and styling teams to deliver exceptional event experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Handle inquiries and client communications from initial contact to post-event follow-ups
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and client pitches
- Manage timelines, bookings, and project execution
- Coordinate with production, design, and logistics teams
- Maintain client relationships and pursue new business opportunities
- Contribute to marketing strategies, social media, and promotions
- Monitor client satisfaction and address concerns professionally
