Sales Account Executive

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Executive to promote and sell lighting and Furnitures products to retail, commercial, and project-based customers. The ideal candidate has experience working with DIY retail stores and possesses strong product knowledge in lighting solutions and electrical installations.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
- Promote and sell lighting fixtures, electrical products, and related solutions.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to clients and retail partners.
- Identify new business opportunities and generate sales leads.
- Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
- Coordinate with operations, logistics, and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and account updates.
- Provide after-sales support and resolve customer concerns promptly.
- Conduct site visits and assist customers with product selection and technical inquiries when necessary.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of sales experience , preferably from DIY retail stores such as ACE Hardware, True Value, Handyman, Home Depot , or similar home improvement and construction supply companies.
- Strong knowledge of lighting products, electrical materials, and basic electrical installation concepts.
- Experience handling retail accounts, dealers, contractors, architects, engineers, or project-based clients is an advantage.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and business growth.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Experience using CRM systems is an advantage.
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
- Willing to travel and conduct fieldwork as required.
- Must be willing to be assigned in Makati / Mandaluyong Area .
- Possession of a valid driver's license and ability to drive is an advantage.
Preferred Skills
- Knowledge on Basic Electrical Set-up and installation
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prepare quotations, proposals, and basic project costing.
