Work Arrangement: On-site, 5 days a week
Job Summary
We are seeking a driven Sales Executive to manage B2B client accounts and the full sales cycle for our trading operations, from bidding and quotation preparation through to order fulfillment, quality assurance, and collections. The ideal candidate will build strong client relationships, consistently meet revenue targets, and ensure smooth coordination between clients, factories, and internal departments throughout the sales process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and manage client accounts (Business to Business), addressing and resolving client concerns as they arise throughout the sales relationship
- Generate sales and meet assigned revenue targets by negotiating deals and contracts with clients
- Prepare all required bidding documents and quotations, attend bidding processes on behalf of the company, then submit and follow up with clients on outstanding bids
- Prepare PowerPoint presentations to be submitted to factories
- Maintain thorough knowledge of each product's technical specifications and the company's product catalogue
- Submit product samples to clients, monitor delivery deadlines, and confirm that finished products match approved samples
- Follow up on outstanding collections from clients and coordinate closely with the accounting department on payment status
- Track and report on sales performance
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field
- Minimum 1 year of work experience in related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Tagalog and English
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
- Strong presentation and negotiation abilities
- Goal-oriented, results driven mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Solid knowledge of the target market and product offerings
- Ability to build relationships and manage multiple accounts
- Strong organizational skills and time management
- Working knowledge of Canva
- Based in Metro Manila, particularly Quezon City, San Juan, Marikina, or Manila
Compensation & Benefits:
- ₱17,000 to ₱30,000 per month + commission and incentives, depending on experience
- Transportation allowance for client visits
- Government-Mandated Benefits: 13th month pay, Pag-IBIG Fund, Paid Holidays, PhilHealth, SSS/GSIS
