About the Role:   At Skyline Payments, we empower small and medium-sized businesses (SMBs) by delivering payment solutions that enhance their growth and operational efficiency. We are seeking an   Operations Manager   who can design and implement the internal backbone of our business.

What you'll do

As an Operations Manager, you will take ownership of designing and scaling Skyline's internal operations:

• Workflow Design & SOP Development: Build and implement SOPs across core workflows such as Relationship Management, Customer Onboarding, and lifecycle management.
  
• SLA Definition & Execution: Define and operationalize SLAs including response times, onboarding timelines, and customer handoffs.
  
• Process Optimization: Audit current operations to identify inefficiencies, gaps, and failure points-then redesign them for scale.
  
• Automation & Systems Implementation: Develop automation workflows to reduce manual work and improve consistency across operations.
  
• Operational Systems Ownership: Own and configure core tools including CRM and onboarding/support systems.
  
• Dashboard & KPI Management: Design and maintain dashboards to track performance, SLA adherence, and pipeline/onboarding visibility.
  
• Business Translation: Convert business needs into structured workflows, system configurations, and scalable processes.
  
• Governance & Quality Control: Establish QA processes, audits, and continuous improvement loops to maintain operational excellence.
  
• Documentation & Scalability: Create detailed playbooks, workflows, and system documentation to support growth and handovers.
  

Requirements

What we are looking for: 

• Experience building SOPs and operational frameworks from scratch
  
• Strong background in internal operations (CRM, onboarding, lifecycle management)
  
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (e.g., Zapier, Make, or native CRM workflows)
  
• Experience owning and configuring CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce)
  
• Proven ability to define, track, and optimize SLAs and operational KPIs
  
• Experience building dashboards using BI tools or native reporting systems
  
• Demonstrated track record of improving operational efficiency with measurable results
  
• Strong analytical thinking and structured problem-solving skills
  
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous, and evolving environments
  
• Ability to work independently while driving cross-functional alignment
  

What We Offer

• Work arrangement : Remote
  
• Shift:   Mondays to Fridays, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST
  
• Equipment:   Provided by the company
  
• Agreement:   Individual Contractor (you will have to process your own taxes and other government-mandated benefits)
  
• Competitive Salary and Benefits:   PHP 250,000.00 monthly depending on experience. We offer a competitive compensation package that rewards your expertise and contributions. In addition, we provide paid time off, and other perks to support your well-being.
