Operations Manager

- Oversee daily operations and ensure delivery of service level agreements (SLAs), KPIs, and client expectations
- Lead and manage Supervisors, Team Leads, and/or Associate Managers, providing direction, coaching, and performance management
- Drive operational efficiency, workforce productivity, and quality improvements across multiple teams
- Serve as the senior escalation point for operational, technical, and client-related concerns
- Analyze operational data and performance trends to identify risks and improvement opportunities
- Partner with Workforce Management, Quality, Training, and Client Services teams to support business goals
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy standards, and client requirements
- Support change management initiatives, process improvements, and new account or platform launches
- Prepare and present operational reports, business reviews, and performance insights to senior stakeholders

- Bachelor’s degree required
- 7–8 years of related experience in operations management
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience managing people managers (Supervisors, Team Leads, or Associate Managers)
- Experience in HRIS/HCM, payroll, or SaaS support environments (e.g., UKG, ADP, Workday) is highly preferred
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills
- Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Experience in BPO, shared services, or enterprise SaaS support operations
- Data-driven mindset with strong reporting and analytical skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
- Proven track record of driving operational improvements and team performance
Skill Requirements
Strong working knowledge of HCM platforms , including but not limited to:
Solid understanding of SaaS-based support models and enterprise HR systems
