Job Overview
The Cleaning Operation Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring the cleanliness and maintenance of facilities, creating a safe and welcoming environment for staff and clients. This position oversees cleaning strategies, manages a team of cleaning staff, and implements efficient processes to maintain high standards of hygiene. The role directly impacts operational efficiency and customer satisfaction across commercial buildings, healthcare facilities, and educational institutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement cleaning operation plans and schedules.
- Supervise and train cleaning staff to ensure compliance with company standards.
- Monitor daily operations and conduct regular inspections of facilities.
- Manage inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
- Coordinate with management and clients to address cleaning concerns.
- Prepare reports on cleaning performance and operational improvements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Facility Management, or related field (preferred).
- Minimum of 3–5 years of experience in cleaning operations or facility management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and safety standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple sites.
