Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily business operations and ensure smooth workflow.
- Manage and coordinate staff, sales, warehouse, delivery, and administrative activities.
- Monitor inventory, orders, deliveries, and operational costs.
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve efficiency.
- Monitor team performance and ensure targets and deadlines are met.
- Coordinate with suppliers, customers, and business partners.
- Prepare operational reports and provide updates to management.

Must-Have Preferences
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in operations or management.
- Experience in FMCG, manufacturing, distribution, or trading is an advantage.
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel.
- Strong team management and coordination skills.
