- Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and maintain stock accuracy.
- Train and develop sales staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Implement sales strategies to achieve store goals and targets.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints effectively.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of experience in retail management.
- Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication skills, inventory management, sales management.
- Qualities and Traits: Team player, problem solver, customer-oriented.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to train staff and manage store operations efficiently.
