Operations Manager/Supervisor

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing daily business operations, improving organizational efficiency, and ensuring company goals are achieved. The ideal candidate possesses strong leadership, organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Competencies:
- Strong leadership, team management, and employee development skills
- Excellent organizational, planning, and time-management abilities
- Proven experience in operations management, process improvement, and workflow optimization
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
- Experience in project management, resource allocation, and performance monitoring
- Knowledge of budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting
- Ability to establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience with vendor management, procurement, and contract administration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with ERP, CRM, and other business management systems
- Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality and compliance
- Adaptability, initiative, and a continuous improvement mindset
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Management, or a related field
- Proven experience in operations, administration, or business management roles
- Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing organizational projects
- Demonstrated success in improving operational efficiency and productivity
