Job description:
HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, compensation, and compliance with labor laws. This role acts as a bridge between management and employees, ensuring a positive workplace culture and effective people operations.
Recruitment and Hiring:
- Managing the hiring process, from job postings to onboarding.
Employee Relations:
- Addressing employee concerns and resolving conflicts.
- Ensuring a positive and productive work environment.
Onboarding and Training:
- Conducting employee orientation and onboarding programs.
Compliance and Legal:
- Ensuring compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Staying informed about changes in employment laws.
HR Operations:
- Managing HR processes, such as payroll, benefits administration, and timekeeping.
- Assisting with performance management and employee evaluations.
- Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
