Area Supervisor

Sales & Performance Management
- Monitor and evaluate sales performance of assigned stores
- Implement strategies to meet or exceed sales targets and KPIs
- Analyze store reports and recommend improvements to increase profitability
Team Leadership & Development
- Supervise, train, and support Store Supervisors and front-line staff
- Conduct regular store visits to assess operations and provide coaching
- Coordinate staffing needs and help resolve HR issues at store level
Store Operations
- Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and merchandising standards
- Oversee inventory control, stock levels, and loss prevention measures
- Ensure proper execution of promotions, pricing, and visual displays
Reporting & Administration
- Submit regular reports on sales, staffing, and operational issues
- Assist with audits and ensure compliance with company standards
- Help develop and roll out new operational procedures or sales initiatives
Customer Service Oversight
- Ensure high-quality customer service across all stores
- Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely resolution
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred)
- 2-3 years of experience in retail, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or multi-store role
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proficient in MS Office and basic retail management systems (POS, inventory tools)
- Willingness to travel across assigned store locations
- Willingness to handle more than 5 stores
- Willingness to travel within the area and outside the area.
