- We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Accounting Supervisor to lead and support our accounting team. This role is crucial in maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our financial records, ensuring compliance with internal policies and external regulations. - As an Accounting Supervisor, you will oversee daily accounting operations, ensure timely month-end close processes, and support the preparation of financial statements. You will be responsible for supervising a team of accountants, mentoring junior staff, and collaborating with other departments to streamline financial processes and improve overall efficiency.
- Supervise and review daily accounting functions including AP, AR, general ledger, and bank reconciliations
- Lead month-end and year-end closing processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
- Prepare and review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and relevant internal controls
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial audits
- Monitor and analyze accounting data, identifying areas for improvement
- Provide leadership, coaching, and professional development for accounting staff
- Coordinate with external auditors and support audit requirements
- Implement process improvements and accounting best practices
- Collaborate cross-functionally with departments such as operations, HR, and procurement

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive accounting experience, advantage if you have 2+ years in a supervisory role
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and internal controls
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP) and Microsoft Excel
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively across all levels
- Experience with financial audits and budgeting processes is a plus
