Integrated Communications Manager (From Resto or Food Group)

Key Responsibilities:
- Brand Strategy & Identity Management: Develop, maintain, and enforce brand guidelines across all channels and marketing collateral to maintain brand consistency.
- Retail Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute end-to-end integrated campaigns (ATL, BTL, digital) for store openings, seasonal promos, and commercial events to drive awareness and footfall.
- Digital & Social Media Management: Oversee website, email, and social media platforms, manage content calendars, track digital ROI, and foster community engagement.
- Corporate Communications & Public Relations: Draft press releases, executive messaging, and crisis communications while maintaining strong relationships with media and journalists.
- Internal Communications: Create employee bulletins, town hall materials, and internal announcements to keep teams aligned with company milestones.
- Agency & Vendor Management: Lead external creative, PR, and media agencies from briefing and production to quality control and budget tracking.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with Commercial, Sales, Operations, and HR teams to align communication initiatives with business priorities and store activations.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field; a Master's degree or professional certificate is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in brand/marketing communications or corporate affairs, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
- Industry Background: Prior experience in retail, FMCG, or wholesale is strongly preferred; startup or pre-opening phase experience is advantageous.
- Communications Expertise: Strong storytelling, copywriting, and media management skills covering both corporate PR and retail activation.
- Technical & Digital Skills: Proficient in social analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics), MS Office, and basic design tools (Canva/Adobe Suite).
- Language Proficiency: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and Filipino.
