Pick up food orders from the restaurant and verify order accuracy before delivery.
Deliver orders to customers promptly and safely.
Ensure food items are handled properly to maintain quality and presentation.
Collect payments, if applicable, and issue receipts as required.
Follow assigned delivery routes and schedules.
Maintain professional and courteous communication with customers.
Report delivery issues, customer concerns, or accidents to management immediately.
Ensure the delivery vehicle is clean, roadworthy, and properly maintained.
Comply with traffic laws, company policies, and safety regulations.
Assist with other operational tasks as assigned by management when not performing deliveries.
