Food and Beverages Manager

THE ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Operations Management
- Oversee the daily operations of the nightclub.
- Ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
- Maintain the cleanliness, ambiance, and functionality of all club areas, including the dance floor, bar, and VIP sections.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and operating standards.
2. Guest Relations
- Ensure excellent customer service and guest satisfaction.
- Handle guest complaints and resolve issues professionally.
- Build relationships with VIP guests and regular customers.
- Monitor guest experience throughout the venue.
3. Staff Management
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate club employees.
- Manage bartenders, servers, cashiers, DJs, hosts, security personnel, and other staff.
- Prepare staff schedules and monitor attendance.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance evaluations.
4. Sales and Revenue Management
- Monitor daily sales and revenue performance.
- Develop strategies to increase beverage sales, table reservations, and VIP bookings.
- Manage promotions, special events, and themed nights.
- Monitor cash handling and inventory controls.
5. Entertainment and Event Coordination
- Coordinate with DJs, performers, promoters, and event organizers.
- Plan and oversee special events and promotional activities.
- Ensure entertainment programs align with the club's brand and target market.
6. Inventory and Cost Control
- Monitor liquor, beverage, and operational inventory.
- Prevent wastage, theft, and stock discrepancies.
- Coordinate with suppliers and approve purchases.
- Maintain proper inventory records.
7. Security and Compliance
- Ensure compliance with liquor licensing laws and local regulations.
- Coordinate with security personnel to maintain a safe environment.
- Manage crowd control and emergency response procedures.
- Verify legal drinking requirements and responsible alcohol service practices.
8. Financial and Administrative Duties
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Monitor budgets and operating expenses.
- Analyze sales trends and business performance.
- Submit reports and recommendations to senior management.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in nightclub, bar, restaurant, hospitality, or entertainment venue management.
- Strong leadership, customer service, and communication skills.
- Knowledge of liquor operations, inventory management, and event coordination.
- Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
