- Manage employee relations, addressing grievances and providing solutions.
- Maintain and update employee records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.
- Facilitate performance management discussions and appraisals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 2–5 years of experience in HR management or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information appropriately.
- Working Conditions: Office-based role with occasional extended hours during peak recruitment periods.
