JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Strategic HR Leadership: Oversee the entire HR department, including recruitment, payroll, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Bilingual Coordination: Act as the primary bridge between Chinese-speaking management and local staff, ensuring clear communication and cultural alignment.
• Policy Development: Implement and maintain company policies that adhere to Philippine labor laws and professional standards.
• Discipline & Maturity: Manage complex personnel issues with high professional maturity and grounded integrity.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Language Proficiency: Must be fluent in Chinese, English, and Tagalog (Verbal and Written).
• Age Profile: Highly experienced and stable.
• Attributes: Proven leadership experience, strong decision-making skills, and a commitment to professional growth.
