Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to oversee and manage the company's human resources functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR operations, employee relations, talent acquisition, and compliance, preferably from the distribution, manufacturing, or technical services industries. This role requires flexibility to travel to company branches as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage all HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and training and development.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures aligned with company goals and labor regulations.
- Partner with department heads to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.
- Oversee employee engagement initiatives and foster a positive workplace culture.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Handle disciplinary actions, grievance procedures, and conflict resolution.
- Monitor HR metrics and prepare reports for management.
- Support branch operations through regular visits and HR guidance as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 3–5 years of managerial experience in Human Resources.
- Experience working in distribution, manufacturing, or technical services industries is highly preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
- Willing to travel to company branches as needed.
- Available to start as soon as possible.
