Finance and Admin Manager

Role Description

The Finance and Admin Manager is a full-time role responsible for overseeing day-to-day financial management and administrative operations to support the company's trading activities. This hybrid position is based in Metro Manila, with a mix of on-site and work-from-home arrangements as business needs allow.

Key responsibilities include managing accounting and bookkeeping processes, preparing financial reports, budgets, and forecasts, and monitoring cash flow, payables, receivables, and banking transactions. The manager will ensure compliance with local tax, regulatory, and corporate governance requirements, coordinate audits, and maintain robust internal controls. On the administrative side, the role will supervise office administration, support HR-related functions (such as documentation, payroll coordination, and benefits administration), manage vendor and service provider relationships, and help streamline operational processes to improve efficiency and support business growth.

Qualifications

• Strong finance and accounting skills, including budgeting, financial reporting, cash flow management, and familiarity with Philippine tax and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency with accounting and office software (e.g., Excel, accounting systems, ERP tools) and comfort working with data and financial analysis.
• Administrative and operations management capabilities, including office administration, documentation control, vendor management, and process improvement.
• Organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to supervise staff, coordinate cross-functional activities, and manage multiple priorities under time constraints.
• Communication and stakeholder management skills, including clear written and verbal communication, ability to work with internal teams, external partners, and auditors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., CPA, CMA) are an advantage.
• Experience in trading, distribution, or related industries is preferred, with familiarity in import/export workflows and documentation considered beneficial.
• High level of integrity, attention to detail, and a proactive, solutions-oriented mindset suited to a growing, dynamic organization.
