Finance Manager ( CPA )

Ensure the accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and financial performance analyses.

Review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance.

Analyze revenue, expenses, margins, profitability, and financial performance across branches and business units.

Provide actionable financial insights and recommendations to executive management.

Ensure the reliability and integrity of financial records and management information.

Oversee the company's liquidity, cash position, funding requirements, and working capital management.

Establish effective cash forecasting, fund allocation, and cash utilization strategies.

Monitor cash flows, bank transactions, cash availability, and financing requirements.

Ensure adequate funds are available for operational expenses, branch requirements, and business expansion.

Implement controls to safeguard company funds and minimize financial risks.

Optimize the utilization of financial resources while maintaining sufficient liquidity.

Lead the preparation of annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term financial plans.

Monitor actual financial performance against approved budgets and business targets.

Conduct variance analysis and recommend corrective actions for unfavorable financial results.

Evaluate the financial viability of new branches, expansion projects, investments, and business initiatives.

Develop financial models, scenario analyses, and profitability projections to support strategic planning.

Collaborate with department heads to establish financial targets and accountability measures.

Advise executive management on financial strategies, profitability improvement, cost optimization, and resource allocation.

Evaluate business proposals, investments, and expansion plans based on financial risks and expected returns.

Identify opportunities to improve revenue, reduce operating costs, and increase operational efficiency.

Present financial performance reports, forecasts, and strategic recommendations to management.

Support major business decisions through data-driven financial analysis.

Establish and monitor financial controls to prevent errors, fraud, misappropriation, and unauthorized transactions.

Coordinate with internal and external auditors and ensure timely resolution of audit findings.

Monitor financial and operational risks affecting cash management, accounting, taxation, and business performance.

Ensure compliance with relevant BIR, SEC, and other applicable regulatory requirements, in coordination with the responsible departments.

Strengthen financial governance, documentation, and accountability across branches and departments.

Review and improve finance processes, systems, reporting procedures, and control mechanisms.

Identify opportunities for automation and digitalization of finance operations.

Establish performance indicators and reporting standards for the Finance Department.

Promote efficiency, transparency, accuracy, and continuous professional development within the finance team.

Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Finance, Financial Management, or a related field.

Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA)

At least 8–10 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, treasury, or financial management.

At least 3–5 years of experience in a senior finance leadership or managerial position.

Experience in multi-branch operations, retail, financial services, or pawnshop operations is an advantage.

Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, cash flow management, and internal controls.

Familiarity with Philippine tax regulations, statutory reporting, audit requirements, and financial compliance.

Proficiency in financial management systems, accounting software, and advanced Excel or financial analytics tools.
