Description - Manage all maintenance activities within the hotel to ensure efficient operation and guest satisfaction.
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to identify and address any maintenance issues.
- Oversee and coordinate maintenance staff, ensuring they perform tasks safely and effectively.
- Maintain a detailed record of maintenance requests and repairs completed.
- Collaborate with other departments to enhance guest experiences through effective maintenance solutions.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in hotel maintenance or a similar role.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in English Language, Customer Relationship Management, and Customer Service.
- Qualities and Traits: Strong communication and interpersonal skills; ability to work collaboratively with team members.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Ability to prioritize tasks effectively and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Working Conditions: Availability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
