- Provide excellent customer service to guests by taking orders and serving food and beverages.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area.
- Assist in the setup and breakdown of tables before and after service.
- Maintain knowledge of menu items and specials to offer recommendations to guests.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and other team members to ensure timely and efficient service.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management or relevant field preferred.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required, but experience in customer service is a plus.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Qualities and Traits: Positive attitude, team player, and willingness to learn.
