- Identify and evaluate potential suppliers
- Maintain relationships and monitor vendor performance
Procurement Operations
- Prepare and process purchase order
- Ensure timely delivery of goods and services
- Resolve issues related to delivery, quality, or pricing
Cost and Contract Negotiation
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with vendors
- Analyze market trends to secure competitive deals
Inventory and Compliance
- Monitor inventory levels and reorder supplies as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
Required Skills and Qualifications
- Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
- Experience : 2–5 years in procurement or purchasing roles
Skills :
- Strong negotiation and communication abilities
- Proficiency in procurement software and ERP systems
- Analytical thinking and attention to detail
- Knowledge of supply chain and inventory management
