- Manage the procurement process by sourcing, evaluating, and selecting suppliers based on company needs.
- Analyze market trends and vendor pricing to ensure competitive purchasing.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless operational needs are met.
- Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and other important data.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to achieve the best possible terms for the company.
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1–2 years of experience in purchasing or procurement.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with excellent communication skills.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel to supplier sites.
