Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
- With experience in purchasing, importation, logistics, or supply chain .
- Knowledge of import procedures, customs regulations, Incoterms, and shipping documents .
- Familiar with HS Codes, tariffs, duties, taxes, and customs requirements .
- Proficient in MS Office/Excel ; ERP experience is an advantage.
- Strong negotiation, communication, coordination, and supplier management skills.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to meet deadlines and work under pressure .
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision .
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle purchasing and procurement activities .
- Coordinate with suppliers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers .
- Manage importation, shipping, and logistics .
- Prepare and monitor purchase orders and import documents .
- Monitor shipments, deliveries, inventory, and costs .
- Ensure customs and import compliance .
- Maintain accurate records and system data .
- Coordinate with sales, finance, warehouse, and other departments .
- Monitor supplier performance and resolve issues .
- Prepare reports and perform other assigned duties .
