Recruitment Specialist

Responsibilities
1. Handle and manage candidate resumes provided by the company
2. Contact and engage with candidates through phone, email, and messaging platforms.
3. Explain job roles, requirements, and company benefits clearly to candidates.
4. Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and dept.
5. Track and update each candidate’s recruitment status from first contact to onboarding.
6. Maintain accurate records of all communications and recruitment progress.
7. Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
8. The goal is to recruit at least two new employees each month
Job Requirements
1. Minimum 1 year of recruitment experience.
2. Strong knowledge of candidate expectations.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English.
4. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle multiple candidates simultaneously.
5. Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiar with basic recruitment tracking tools.
6. Ability to withstand pressure
7. Must have an active LinkedIn account for sourcing
8. Candidates who have access to trusted LinkedIn account purchasing channels will be prioritized
9. Experience hiring foreign candidates and completing their onboarding
