Position: Investment Operations Manager
Industry: Insurance company
Location: Quezon City
Salary: Php 120,000 – Php 200,000
Schedule: Midshift/ Nightsift
Work Set up: Hybrid Set up

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accountancy, Accounting or related course.
- CPA or CIA is a plus
- At least 5-8 years of experience as operations manager in a insurance company
- With at least 5-8 years of experience Transformation and change management.
- Amenable to work in hybrid set-up
- Can start as soon as possible
Responsibilities:
- Driving strategic initiatives to deliver risk-averse scalability, transparency, and synergistic alignment across the function.
- Validating the accuracy of operational risk heat maps and other risk assessments.
- Developing risk assessments and audit approach for auditing information services and technology.
- Overseeing annual business planning and business unit goal setting efforts.
- Managing a growing team with responsibility for hiring, compensation, promotion, and performance management.
