Description - Oversee daily operations and improve operational efficiency within the organization.
- Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to streamline processes.
- Manage project timelines and ensure successful completion within budget.
- Lead and mentor a team of engineers and operational staff.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align operational objectives with company goals.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
- Experience Level: 3-5 years of relevant experience in operations management
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and CAD software
- Skills and Competencies: Strong understanding of mechanical engineering principles
- Skills and Competencies: Familiarity with Abaqus and programming for automation purposes
- Qualities and Traits: Strong leadership and communication skills
