Store Associate

We are looking for a dedicated and friendly Retail Store Associate to join our team in Iloilo. The ideal candidate will provide excellent customer service, assist with inventory management, and maintain the store's overall appearance.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assist them with product inquiries.
- Operate the point-of-sale (POS) system and process transactions.
- Ensure shelves are stocked and organized.
- Assist with product restocking and inventory management.
- Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store.
- Handle customer returns and exchanges in a professional manner.
- Promote store sales and special offers.
- Follow company policies and procedures to ensure a safe and secure environment.
- Note : This job role is for pooling purposes only. We will contact you once you get shortlisted.
- High school diploma or equivalent (College level preferred).
- Previous retail or customer service experience is a plus.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Must be reliable, responsible, and have a positive attitude.
- Basic knowledge of cash register operations is an advantage.
