Store Staff

Job Summary:

The Store Associate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of daily store activities. This includes assisting customers, maintaining stock levels, and ensuring a clean and organized store environment. The ideal candidate should have excellent customer service skills, a strong attention to detail, and a positive attitude towards teamwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with product inquiries.
• Ensure shelves and displays are well-stocked, organized, and visually appealing.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Assist in inventory management, including stock counts, receiving deliveries, and restocking shelves.
• Maintain a clean and safe store environment by regularly cleaning aisles, product displays, and back-of-house areas.
• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional and efficient manner.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs and preferences.
• Ensure that the store is in compliance with health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and store goals.
• Perform other related tasks as assigned by the store manager.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree is a plus).
• Previous retail or customer service experience preferred, but not required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
• Basic math skills and ability to operate a POS system.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive attitude and a team player.
