Job Summary:
The Store Crew is responsible for providing excellent customer service, maintaining store cleanliness, ensuring product availability, and assisting in daily operations. The ideal candidate will be friendly, reliable, and capable of working in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with their inquiries and purchases.
Ensure shelves are stocked and organized.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the cashier counter.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the store, including restrooms and stockroom.
Assist in receiving deliveries and stock replenishment.
Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages.
Promote store promotions, sales, and loyalty programs to customers.
Handle customer complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
Adhere to company policies, safety regulations, and health protocols.
At least high school graduate; college level or graduate is a plus.
Previous retail or customer service experience is an advantage.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of cash handling and POS systems.
Ability to work in a team and perform well under pressure.
Flexible to work on weekends, holidays, and extended hours.
Willing to learn and grow within the company.
