- We are looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Store Assistant to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will assist in daily store operations, ensuring the store is clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering great customer service.
- Greet customers warmly and assist them with inquiries regarding products and services.
- Ensure store shelves are properly stocked, organized, and labeled.
- Assist in the arrangement and display of merchandise to maximize visibility and sales.
- Monitor stock levels and inform the store manager of inventory needs.
- Operate the cash register, process sales transactions, and handle cash or digital payments.
- Maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the store by regularly tidying up and ensuring a pleasant shopping environment.
- Assist in receiving and unloading deliveries, checking inventory for accuracy.
- Handle customer returns, exchanges, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Support the store manager with inventory management and stock organization.
- Assist in the implementation of promotional activities and sales campaigns.
- High school diploma or equivalent; college-level education is a plus.
- Previous experience in retail, customer service, or similar positions is an advantage but not required.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service skills with a positive and helpful attitude.
- Ability to handle cash transactions.
- Detail-oriented and able to follow instructions.
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
- Punctual and reliable, with the ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
