Retail Store Merchandiser

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Part-Time Retail Store Merchandiser to join our team. The Merchandiser will play a key role in ensuring that the store’s products are displayed effectively, helping drive sales and providing an excellent shopping experience for customers.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and maintain product displays according to company guidelines and promotional schedules.
- Ensure all merchandise is properly stocked, organized, and labeled.
- Monitor inventory levels and restock shelves as needed.
- Check the quality of products and remove any damaged or expired items.
- Assist with product placement and merchandising to maximize visibility and sales.
- Help in the arrangement of in-store promotions, sales events, or seasonal displays.
- Report stock levels, product shortages, and merchandising issues to the store manager.
- Provide assistance to customers when needed, including answering questions about products.
- Follow all store policies and procedures, ensuring a clean and safe environment.
- Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in retail merchandising or a similar role is a plus but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Good communication skills and ability to work well with the team.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift light to moderate merchandise.
- A positive and customer-oriented attitude.
