About the role
We're looking for an organized and proactive Ecommerce Associate to provide direct support to our Ecommerce Lead in managing online store operations, setting up and monitoring ad campaigns, tracking sales performance, conducting market and competitor research, and assisting with store updates, promotions, and other ecommerce tasks.
Key responsibilities
Provide direct support to the Ecommerce Lead in managing online store operations
Set up and monitor ad campaigns
Track sales performance
Conduct market and competitor research
Assist with store updates, promotions, and other ecommerce tasks
About you
Must have knowledge of ecommerce and online selling platforms
Entry-level to mid-level applicants are welcome
Knowledge of online advertising is an advantage
Able to multitask and manage priorities effectively
Strong time management and organizational skills
Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn
Must own a laptop
