- Responsible for supporting the overall recruitment process by sourcing, screening, and coordinating the hiring of qualified candidates.
- Work with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, manage candidate databases, and ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
- They may also assist with onboarding and related administrative tasks.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, experience in recruitment or HR, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems, recruitment software, and Microsoft Office Suite is also essential.
