Compliance Associate

- Monitor compliance obligations for the company, including registrations, filings, and annual reporting.
- Track regulatory updates from government agencies and ensure timely implementation.
- Assist with privacy and data protection compliance.
- Prepare reports on administrative, civil, criminal, and labor cases.
- Draft correspondence, demand letters, and compliance-related communications.
- Maintain centralized compliance records and databases.
- Work with internal departments to ensure compliance submissions are accurate and timely.
- Liaise with external counsel, government entities and stakeholders for company cases and regulatory matters.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the immediate superior.
- Bachelor’s degree in law, paralegal studies, political science, or related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in roles such as legal secretary, assistant, or associate.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory frameworks and corporate compliance.
- Strong research skills, proficiency in legal databases, excellent communication, and attention to detail are crucial.
- Ability to manage deadlines and work under pressure.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
