Marketing Associate

The Marketing Associate plays a key role in driving brand awareness and supporting the company’s annual revenue goals. This role owns the execution of marketing campaigns, events, and digital initiatives that directly contribute to the total team sales quota. This role bridges Marketing and Sales by creating demand, supporting product launches, and amplifying brands/products in both digital and face-to-face channels.
Main Responsibilities
1. Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and face-to-face channels
2. Plan and manage end-to-end virtual and face-to-face events such as supplier coordination, logistics, souvenirs, and post-event reporting
3. Successful execution of events within budget and timeline
4. Work closely with the Sales team to understand customer needs and market trends
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field. at least one year experience in marketing, brand, or events. B2B experience is a plus. Strong grasp of digital marketing, social media, and content creation. Excellent project management and vendor management skills. Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino. Creative and proactive.
