Join our dynamic HR team in a fast-paced BPO environment! We’re looking for an HR Associate/Assistant who can handle both administrative and operational HR tasks. You’ll assist the HR Team to ensure smooth coordination and compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Maintain paperless employee files (201 files) and update HR records in Sprout HRIS.
- Track employee probationary periods, regularization, and leaves.
- Draft HR notices, memos, and internal communications.
- Support recruitment activities, including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
- Assist the HR Team as a whole with various HR tasks.
- Handle other HR tasks as assigned to ensure smooth operations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
- Minimum 6 months experience.
- Familiarity with HRIS (e.g., Sprout) is a plus.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Willing to work on-site in Eastwood, Quezon City from 9am to 6pm .
