About the role
We are hiring a hands-on Marketing & Business Development Coordinator to increase our visibility in the medical device industry, strengthen relationships with clients and referral partners, and help generate new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities
Manage a consistent LinkedIn and social media presence
Develop and maintain a recurring marketing content calendar
Turn completed projects, engineering expertise, and client successes into marketing content (posts, case studies, email communications)
Maintain contact lists of clients, prospects, referral partners, and industry relationships
Develop and run follow-up and outreach campaigns to past clients and referral sources
Research medical device companies, industry contacts, and potential clients
Use LinkedIn and other tools to identify decision-makers and new business opportunities
Assist with introductory emails and ongoing prospect follow-up
Maintain and update website content, project examples, and company information
Track marketing activity, leads, referrals, meetings, and new opportunities
About you
Proven experience in LinkedIn/social media marketing and B2B marketing
Strong professional writing and copywriting skills
Experience with content creation and email marketing/outreach
Comfortable with online research and prospecting
Experience with a CRM or contact database
Experience supporting lead generation or business development
Basic website content management skills
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
Experience tracking marketing activity/KPIs
Portfolio and/or examples of work, plus analytics demonstrating the effectiveness of your marketing activities/content
