Account/Sales Executive (Fully Remote)

About the role
As an Account / Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, engaging decision-makers, managing prospects, and driving qualified opportunities through the sales process. A key focus of the role is Vimenture's POTS Replacement Solutions, helping multifamily property owners and management companies address the risks associated with legacy POTS/copper lines and their impact on critical systems such as fire panels, elevators, emergency phones, fax lines, and leasing offices. You will work closely with the VP of Sales & Marketing to execute sales strategies, develop opportunities, maintain the sales pipeline, and provide valuable market and prospect insights.
Key responsibilities
Research and identify multifamily property management companies, apartment communities, portfolios, and key decision-makers
Build and maintain accurate prospect and account databases
Conduct outbound sales, cold calling, email prospecting, and follow-ups
Qualify leads and identify potential sales opportunities
Promote Vimenture's POTS replacement solutions
Identify properties potentially affected by POTS/copper line shutdowns
Educate prospects about telecommunications risks and available solutions
Build relationships with property managers and business decision-makers
Schedule meetings, audits, consultations, and sales presentations
Develop and nurture opportunities through the sales pipeline
About you
3+ years of experience in B2B sales, business development, account management, inside sales, or a similar role
3+ years of experience handling US Telecommunications
Experience with POTS replacement, VoIP, telecommunications, telecom expense management, or legacy telephone systems
3+ years of outbound sales and cold-calling experience
Strong communication and presentation skills
Strong organization and follow-up skills
Ability to manage multiple prospects and opportunities simultaneously
Ability to explain technical products and services to non-technical decision-makers
Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
Strong written and spoken English communication skills
