Adamantine Traders OPC is looking for a motivated Sales & Business Development Associate to help grow our commercial audio, professional sound, and business music solutions.
We are an authorized distributor of TOA Electronics in the Philippines and also provide commercial background music solutions for restaurants, cafés, retail stores, offices, and other establishments.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential clients through calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels
- Generate and qualify new sales leads
- Introduce our products and solutions to prospective clients
- Prepare and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Build relationships with contractors, system integrators, architects, businesses, and other potential customers
- Coordinate with the technical and management teams regarding client requirements
- Maintain an organized pipeline and regularly follow up on sales opportunities
Who We're Looking For
- Fresh graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply
- Graduate of Business, Marketing, Communications, Engineering, IT, or a related course preferred
- Good written and verbal communication skills
- Confident speaking with clients and making outbound calls
- Organized, proactive, and comfortable with follow-ups
- Willing to learn technical products and solutions
- Previous sales experience is not required
- Experience or familiarity with B2B sales, electronics, IT, AV, CCTV, or construction-related products is an advantage, but not required
