I. Lead Generation - Visit customers regularly based on a structured schedule
- Promote company programs, products, and services
- Distribute marketing materials (brochures, samples, data sheets)
- Set appointments and conduct presentations
- Identify opportunities for product use, upgrades, or upselling
- Maintain detailed records of visits and follow-ups
- Gather market insights for strategy improvement
- Organize product demos or trial installations
II. Customer Acquisition
- Conduct market research to find potential clients
- Execute outreach campaigns (email, phone, social media)
- Qualify and prioritize leads
- Monitor and follow up on quotations and proposals
- Coordinate with Sales Engineer/superior to close deals
III. Project Management
- Attend pre-bid meetings and document key details
- Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones
- Lead kick-off meetings with clients and teams
- Coordinate across teams for smooth execution
- Provide updates and documentation regularly
- Manage scope changes and negotiate adjustments
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies
- Monitor costs to ensure project profitability
IV. After-Sales Support
- Oversee project turnover and product adoption
- Conduct client check-ins and ensure satisfaction
- Coordinate issue resolution with technical teams
- Analyze feedback to improve products/services
- Deliver client training programs
- Identify opportunities for account growth
- Manage contract renewals proactively
