Description - Oversee and guide the recruitment process from job requisition to onboarding.
- Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent.
- Collaborate with department heads to determine hiring needs and job specifications.
- Conduct interviews, evaluate candidates, and provide recommendations.
- Maintain a strong employer brand and ensure a positive candidate experience.
Requirements
- Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Experience Level: 3–5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in applicant tracking systems
- Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Qualities and Traits: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
