HR Supervisor，HR Operations Supervisor

JOB SUMMARY

We are looking for an HR Supervisor to oversee daily human resources operations and ensure that HR processes are properly implemented across the organization.

The role will handle recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, attendance, employee records, payroll coordination, performance management, and implementation of company policies, while providing guidance to the HR team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Supervise and guide the daily activities of the HR team.
• Handle recruitment, onboarding, regularization, employee movement, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, contracts, personnel files, and HR documentation.
• Monitor attendance, leaves, employee movements, and other HR-related records.
• Coordinate employee information and attendance data required for payroll processing.
• Handle employee concerns, disciplinary documentation, and employee relations matters.
• Implement and communicate company HR policies, procedures, and workplace rules.
• Support performance evaluations, employee assessments, and improvement plans.
• Coordinate with department heads regarding manpower requirements and employee concerns.
• Prepare regular HR reports and provide updates to management.
• Support employee training, engagement, and retention activities.
• Ensure HR procedures are consistently followed and employee information is handled accurately and confidentially.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
• At least 3 years of relevant HR experience .
• Previous experience as an HR Supervisor, HR Team Leader, or in a role with actual team leadership responsibility is preferred.
• Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance monitoring, personnel documentation, payroll coordination, and general HR operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
• Good English and Filipino communication skills.
• Able to handle confidential and sensitive employee information professionally.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and common HR systems.
• Able to manage multiple HR responsibilities and work effectively with employees and department heads.
