Sales Account Manager
Full-time
FM Global Logistics (Phil.), Inc.
• Prospect and secure new customers for the company's full suite of logistics services.
• Manage and nurture relationships with existing accounts to ensure retention and growth.
• Conduct telemarketing, field visits, and outdoor sales activities to generate business opportunities.
• Prepare quotations, tender/bidding documents, and RFQ/RFI responses as required by clients.
• Submit accurate weekly sales reports and track performance against monthly targets.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure timely resolution of client concerns and booking processing.
• Manage and monitor accounts receivables in coordination with the Finance team.
• Represent the company at client meetings, presentations, and industry events as needed.
• Assist in annual budget and target-setting activities.
